After teaching 21 years in graduate and post graduate departments of History in Nagpur University took voluntary retirement to devote for Peace, Disarmament & Environmental Protection research, public education and awarness.
Founder President of Indian Institute for Peace, Disarmament & Environmental Protection.
Visited more than 50 countries and participated in various Peace, Disarmament and Environmental and Human Rights conferences arranged by United Nations and various governments as well as International organizations.
Council Member of INES from 10 years. Involved scientists and engineers of India for peace, disarmament and human rights and sustainable development etc.
National Coordinator of International Campaign to Ban Landmines (Noble Peace prize Winner 1997)
Delivered lectures and read papers in various international conferences.
Arranged many National and Regional conferences on Peace, Human Rights and Disarmament all over India
Established No More Hiroshima: No More Nagasaki: Peace Museum in Nagpur on 6th August 1999.
